Miss PIAE and Mr PIAE Contest

Our “Miss PIAE Contest” is one of the biggest highlights of our event, bringing in an audience of all ages that flock to the main stage to support our beautiful local contestants. Our first year queen (2012) was selected by the crowd. The following year (2013) our contest was hosted by Sullen Angels, with the beautiful Bernadette Macias as our main host; then it was Romantic Rock (in 2014-15) who brought a pin-up girl flare to our show, and finally Twisted Cuts (2016-present) which went from a a longtime supportive vendor at our show to become our official host of the Miss PIAE Contest.

Over the years, we’ve invited some of the top tattoo artists and models to be part of the judging panel. Previous judges have included the legendary Rick Walters, celebrity tattoo artist Roman, Ink Master's Mark Longnecker, Australian tattoo artist and TV celebrity Teneile Napoli, tattoo model Leigha Hagan, Aussie artist Karlee Sabrina, Billy Whitney, the legendary Gill Montie, influencer and performing artist Masuimi Max, artist Sara Fabel… and many more.

We showcase our beautiful women of Hawaii, all shapes and sizes, and their artwork on Saturday early evening. BIG NEWS! We are now adding by overwhelming demand a MR PIAE. So all you tattooed Kane out there, you can now apply!

Contestants: We're officially starting to accept submissions for 2025! Apply using the form below with your name, age, photos of your tattoos, full body photos & Your Instagram handle. We will soon choose a trusted panel of judges with a major celebrity surprise judge who will be selecting the new Miss P.I.A.E. based on tattoos, personality and overall appeal.
