Simon Halpern

Simon Halpern began working as a tattoo artist 17 years ago, after graduating from the University of Utah. Since then, Simon has honed his craft and artistic skills by tattooing non-stop. He is well known for his geometric and ornate pattern style of tattooing, creating a highly-desired niche in Kailua, Hawai’i, on the island of Oahu. His fine-line black tattoo artwork and custom designs have proven to stand the test of time and make him one of Oahu’s most highly sought-after tattoo artists. After building up the Tattoo side of the business Simon expanded the company to include tattoo laser removal as well as scalp micro pigmentation services to better fill the needs of his clients.
